DIES

We take care of the entire process required for the industrialization of a part, from the reception of a 3D model to the approval of the part manufactured by the die.

FEASIBILITY

Once we receive the geometry of the part, we start the feasibility process through drawing simulations to guarantee that the part to be manufactured is feasible and, if not, we present our client with a report with the areas to be modified and a 3D proposal of the part modified with satisfactory results in simulation, if required by the client.

 

As soon as we have a feasible geometry, we work closely with our client both to define the most appropriate process for each part and to optimize the number of operations and the consumption of raw material as much as possible.

DESIGN

We have several licenses to design the dies in 3D, according to the load book of each client. We update each design according to the corrections / modifications that are implemented throughout the project, thus having the guarantee that once the die is approved, the technical documentation that is delivered to the client is updated to the last level.

FABRICATION

We have Cad Cam and appropriate precision machinery for the machining of the different components of the die, guaranteeing correct adjustments.

TYPE OF DIES

FINE TUNNING

We fine-tune the dies that we manufacture in our client's production press, carrying out all the necessary actions until we get the approval of the quality department, correct operation of the die and the cadence desired by our client.

PIECES

As can be seen in our showroom, throughout these years we have manufactured dies for a wide range of types of parts, our specialty being transfer dies for medium-large parts.
