Machining

We carry out precision machining in different materials.

Machining in Milling Machine

We have Cad Cam for machining both in 2D and 3D. Our capacity in terms of parts for milling machines is 4,100 x 2,300 mm. For the manufacture of spare parts for which no information is available, we offer our customers the possibility of reverse engineering by digitizing surfaces by scanning.

Small Series Stamping

We have 3 presses, 2 of them mechanical of 150 and 250 tons of pressure and a third hydraulic of 550 tons. We stamp small series in steel, stainless steel and aluminum including, if necessary, the design and manufacture of tools, as well as 2D and 3D laser cuts.

Rectified

We do grinding work on parts with maximum part dimensions of 1000 x 500 mm and 340 mm in height.

Wire EDM

We have a wire cutting EDM machine with maximum travels of X700, Y500 and Z400 mm, the maximum part dimensions being 1,500 x 1,200 mm and a maximum weight of 5,000 kg. We cut all kinds of materials (keyways, complex shapes, ...)

EDM by Penetration

We do EDM work by penetration:

  • Drilling and threading of hardened parts.
  • Removal of taps and bits that have broken and cannot be removed.
  • Repair of molds.
